CTC: Upto 3.5 LPA (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary: 
We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager  to expand our agency network in the life insurance sector. This role involves recruiting, developing, and managing insurance agents to drive sales within your assigned location. Local candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Recruit and manage a team of insurance agents
• Drive business through the agency channel and meet sales targets
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to agents
• Monitor agent performance and ensure policy compliance
• Build strong customer and agent relationships

Key Skills & Qualifications: 

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with local market and geography
