Job Summary: 
We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Life Insurance Agency Channel (Associate Agency Development Manager – AADM) in Kolkata. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance advisors, ensuring sales target achievement and business growth

Key Responsibilities: 
– Identify, approach, and recruit potential insurance agents
– Provide product training, mentoring, and field support to agents
– Help agents plan and execute their sales strategies
– Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions when needed
– Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and channel partners
– Ensure compliance with company processes and industry regulations

Candidate Requirements:

– Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
– Minimum 2 year of experience in sales (preferably agency or field sales)
– Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
– Willingness to travel locally and work in the field
– Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
