Job Summary: 
We are hiring the Agency Channel in the BFSI sector. This role involves recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents to generate business life insurance and other financial products. Ideal for candidates with a strong sales background and leadership skills, this is a full-time, on-roll position with long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities: 
– Recruit, onboard, and activate new insurance advisors/agents
– Train and mentor agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
– Generate business through the advisor network across life insurance and BFSI products
– Monitor advisor performance and provide on-field support when needed
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and agents

Eligibility Criteria: 
– Graduate (Bachelor’s degree mandatory)
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
– Excellent communication and team management skills
– Strong local market knowledge and existing network
– Willingness to travel locally and work in the field
