Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
.Lead, train, and manage the local sales team.
.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.
.Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Dharwad region.
.Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
.Ensure customer satisfaction and address any service-related issues.
.Travel within the region to explore new business opportunities.
