Job Title: Agency Development Manager – Field Sales
Location: Mangalore
Type: Full-Time

We’re hiring an Agency Development Manager to build and manage a team of agents in the Mangalore area. Your main job is to recruit agents, train them, and help them sell our products. This is a field sales role—so you’ll be out meeting people, guiding your team, and growing the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and onboard new agents
• Train and support agents to boost their performance
• Set sales targets and help agents achieve them
• Do regular field visits and customer meetings
• Build strong relationships in the local market
• Report on sales and team performance

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream) – must be completed
• 1+ years of experience in field sales
• Good communication and people skills
• Target-driven and able to lead a team
• Willing to travel locally as part of the job
