Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Manager for the Agency Channel in Asansol. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing life insurance advisors, driving field activity, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-roll position with one of India’s leading life insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage a team of life insurance advisors
Drive sales through team activation and support
Conduct joint field visits and ensure business growth
Monitor sales quality, documentation, and persistency
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions

Requirements:
Graduation (any stream) is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Familiarity with the Asansol market is a plus
Willingness to work in a field-sales environment
