Job Summary
Join as an on-roll sales leader. The Territory Sales Manager role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of life insurance advisors to drive business through the agency channel in Bhubaneswar.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard qualified insurance advisors
• Train and mentor advisors to meet business targets
• Drive field sales through the advisor network
• Conduct performance reviews and provide on-ground support
• Ensure timely policy issuance and agent activation
• Maintain long-term client and agent relationships
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree (Graduation mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (Life Insurance Agency Channel preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and networking skills
• Familiarity with the local market (Bhubaneswar or nearby)
