The Sales Strategy & Support Manager drives sales effectiveness by developing strategies, streamlining processes, providing data insights, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell company products/services to new and existing customers
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, references, or online platforms
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain good relationships with clients
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
