About the Role
• We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Territory Manager – Agency Channel in the life insurance sector.
• In this leadership role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors to drive business across your assigned territory.
• You’ll lead sales activities, execute advisor engagement plans, and ensure consistent performance across your area.
• Your core responsibility will be to achieve business targets and support your team with on-field guidance, product knowledge, and performance reviews.

Your Background
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience is required (insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Prior experience in agency channel management is a strong advantage
• You must be under 40 years of age
• A graduate degree is mandatory
• Strong local market knowledge and networking skills are essential
