Manage and grow the agency sales channel. Recruit, train, and lead insurance agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
• Train and motivate agents to sell insurance products effectively.
• Help agents achieve their sales targets.
• Monitor agent performance and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales and marketing
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
