Job Description: Manage and lead agency sales teams in Balasore, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure business growth.

Responsibilities: 
– Recruit and manage a team of insurance advisors
– Conduct training programs to improve agent skills
– Monitor sales targets and provide guidance
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Coordinate with management for strategy implementation

Ideal Candidate: 
– Proven track record in sales and team leadership
– Minimum 2 years in field sales, preferably insurance or BFSI
– Graduate with good communication and motivational skills
