Position Overview:
We’re hiring a motivated Sales Manager in Gaya to lead agency recruitment and manage sales growth in the assigned area.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Recruit and onboard insurance advisors
– Conduct field support, training, and client meetings
– Meet business targets through team management
– Drive advisor activation and productivity

Candidate Profile:
– Graduate with 2+ years of field sales experience
– BFSI/insurance sales experience preferred
– Strong leadership and local networking skills
