Job Summary:
We are looking for an On-Roll Sales Manager to join our life insurance team in Delhi. The role focuses on managing a team of agents, supporting them in field sales, and achieving business goals. Ideal for those with a strong sales drive and people skills
Key Responsibilities:
– Appoint agents in local Delhi markets and train them
– Guide agents in sourcing leads and converting clients
– Conduct field visits to ensure performance and support
– Help agents with objections, documentation, and closures
– Monitor daily activities and ensure target achievement
– Maintain daily reports and sales tracking
Candidate Requirements:
– Graduate (mandatory)
– 2+ years of field sales experience
– Strong local knowledge and communication ability
– Must be goal-oriented and proactive in fieldwork
