CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA (Fixed) + High Incentives
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Agency Development Executive to grow our life insurance agency network in Delhi. The role involves recruiting and mentoring agents, managing sales targets, and driving business growth through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit and activate life insurance agents in the assigned area
– Drive sales through agents and achieve monthly targets
– Provide ongoing training and motivation to agents
– Monitor agent performance and ensure sales quality
– Build and maintain strong agent and customer relationships
– Conduct field visits and support agents in closing business
Candidate Requirements:
– Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Self-motivated and target-driven
– Local area knowledge
