Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Insurance Sales Officer to drive life insurance sales through the agency channel in Noida. This role focuses on building a strong network of insurance agents, supporting them in the field, and helping them achieve their targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
– Identify, recruit, and onboard life insurance agents
– Guide agents in generating leads and closing policies
– Conduct sales training and regular performance reviews
– Support agents with joint fieldwork and customer meetings
– Ensure adherence to sales processes and regulatory norms
– Maintain regular reports and performance tracking
Who Can Apply:
– Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
– Minimum 2 years of field sales
– Strong communication and team-building skills
– Familiarity with Noida’s local market and geography
