About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Manager to lead life insurance business growth across key regions in Haryana. This role involves building a strong team of insurance agents, driving sales activities in the field, and supporting agents in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify, recruit, and develop life insurance agents in the local market
– Drive sales through active agent engagement and field visits
– Conduct regular training sessions and sales meetings
– Assist agents in customer prospecting and policy closures
– Track performance metrics and submit timely reports
Requirements:
– Graduate in any stream (must-have)
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Sound knowledge of Haryana’s local geography and markets
– Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations
