Join our Durgapur team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead agency sales in a growing industrial. You’ll drive recruitment, team growth, and consistent insurance business through strategic planning and field execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard life insurance advisors from Durgapur
Lead and train agents to drive monthly business targets
Design and execute sales strategies aligned with local market trends
Monitor field activity, KPIs, and productivity
Conduct regular training, meetings, and performance reviews
Build and maintain client relationships within the region

Job Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
2+ years field sales experience, preferably in BFSI/Insurance/FMCG
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Local to Durgapur or familiar with the market
Good communication in Bengali, Hindi, or English
