Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Sales Professional to join our team as an Asst. Manager or Executive – Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through direct sales and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate business through direct client meetings, field visits, and referrals
Identify client needs and present suitable financial or insurance solutions
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business

Who Can Apply

Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in field sales (BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
