Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to lead business development efforts in Rajkot. The role focuses on direct customer engagement, sales target achievement, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through field visits and local networking
Understand client needs and offer suitable insurance or financial solutions
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Guide junior sales team members when needed
Ensure daily reporting and target achievement

Ideal Candidate

Graduate with minimum 2 years of field sales experience (BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and performance-focused
Familiarity with the Rajkot market is a plus
