Job Description

Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales profiles across BFSI and insurance sectors
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and social platforms
Manage a team of recruiters, monitor performance, and drive hiring targets
Coordinate with clients or internal departments to understand hiring needs
Maintain daily reports, MIS, and candidate databases

Ideal Candidate:

Graduation is mandatory
Prior experience in recruitment (sales hiring preferred)
Good leadership and communication skills
Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
