Job Description
Join our Kolkata team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) and take charge of life insurance sales through agency channel leadership. You’ll work with a high-potential urban market, recruit and train advisors, and build a performance-driven sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage a team of life insurance advisors in Kolkata
Drive sales performance through local market strategies
Coach and mentor advisors to improve productivity
Monitor daily field activity and ensure goal achievement
Maintain strong client relationships and persistency
Job Requirements:
Graduate (any stream – mandatory)
2+ years of field sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Strong team leadership and communication skills
Good command of Bengali, Hindi, or English
Familiarity with Kolkata market is preferred
