Location: Kurukshetra – Haryana
Job Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Representative to handle insurance sales and agent management in the agency channel. The role includes onboarding new agents and supporting their performance in the field.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
– Recruit quality agents and ensure timely activation
– Maintain continuous engagement with agents
– Drive insurance product sales through team
– Assist in client meetings and closing deals
– Submit daily reports and market feedback
Required Skills & Experience:
– Graduate in any stream
– Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
– Must be familiar with the assigned territory
– Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
