We are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager to manage agency growth in Contai. Ideal for professionals who understand rural/semi-urban markets and are ready to lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit life insurance agents from Contai
Support advisors with training and field visits
Achieve business targets through team performance
Track sales activity and advisor progress
Drive renewals and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:
Graduate (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Strong team handling and motivational skills
Local residency in Contai or nearby area is preferred
Age: 21 to 40 years
