CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to drive insurance sales through direct customer engagement and field visits. The role involves promoting life insurance plans and handling end-to-end policy processes. Local candidates from Delhi are preferred for better customer reach and area familiarity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients and explain life insurance plans
- Support customers with documentation and queries
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records
- Resolve customer concerns promptly
- Attend daily meetings and training programs
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented with self-motivation
- Local candidates from Delhi preferred
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is a plus
