Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Kochi
CTC: Up to ₹4.25 LPA + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new customers through field visits and calls
  • Promote and explain company products/services to clients
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

Candidate Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales (BFSI, FMCG, FMCD preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable with field work in Kolkata
  • Graduation preferred
  • Two-wheeler is an advantage
