Key Responsibilities
Build and develop advisor network
Ensure advisor activation and monthly target achievement
Conduct sales training and planning meetings
Maintain persistency and policy renewal rates

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (mandatory)
2+ years of field sales experience
Strong local market knowledge
Age: 21 to 40 years
