Job Description

Role Summary 
As a Sales Manager in Durgapur, you will manage a team of advisors to sell life insurance products and ensure consistent revenue generation.

Responsibilities 

Recruit and train advisors in your assigned region
Guide agents in field activities and customer engagement
Achieve branch-level targets and ensure persistency
Plan and execute monthly advisor engagement drives

Eligibility Criteria 
Graduation required
At least 2 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred)
Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, or English
Age limit: Up to 40 years
