Position: Field Sales Executive – Lead-Based
Location: Ahmednagar
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to work on provided leads and convert them into business. This role involves meeting clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on company-generated leads (no cold calling)
Meet potential customers and pitch products
Build trust and maintain client relationships
Follow up regularly for lead conversion
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain daily reports

Candidate Requirements:

Graduation in any stream
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident, presentable, and self-driven
Familiarity with the local market in Ahmednagar
