We are hiring an Channel Sales Officer to work closely with agents, helping them in customer acquisition and sales closures. This role is perfect for candidates skilled in relationship building and support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Assist agents in generating leads and customer meetings
– Provide updated product knowledge and sales tools
– Guide agents through application and proposal processes
– Track advisor performance and ensure regular follow-ups
– Support in issue resolution post-sale
– Maintain agent engagement through field visits
Requirements:
– Graduation required
– At least 2 years of field sales experience
– Good coordination and follow-up skills
– Understanding of life insurance basics
– Ability to travel daily for field support
– Local candidate preferred
