Role Responsibilities:

Lead sales efforts through direct client interaction and market visits
Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline

Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
Mentor junior sales staff and support team growth

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate with 2+ years of strong field sales experience
