Job Description

Role Summary 
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead field sales and agency development in our new Tamluk branch. This on-roll role involves recruiting advisors, guiding them through fieldwork, and helping the team achieve consistent business results.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and appoint local life insurance advisors
Provide product training and performance coaching
Conduct joint field calls, client meetings, and area visits
Monitor advisor productivity and ensure sales target completion
Maintain advisor engagement and customer retention

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of sales/field marketing experience
Age: 21 to 40 years
Preferably a local resident of Tamluk or surrounding areas

Compensation & Benefits 
Fixed CTC up to ₹3.0 LPA
