Job Summary:
We are hiring a Channel Sales Officer to manage agency-driven life insurance sales. The role involves working closely with field agents to promote and sell insurance policies within your assigned area.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Onboard and activate new insurance agents
- Support agents with client meetings and closures
- Track agent sales performance and drive productivity
- Coordinate with branch for policy processing
- Conduct field training and product refreshers
- Maintain daily sales and agent reports
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years in field/agency sales
- Strong people and field management skills
- Self-driven and performance-focused
- – Comfortable with daily travel
