Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our agency business in the Noida region. The role involves recruiting agents, mentoring them, and ensuring strong insurance sales performance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hire and activate insurance agents from your network
- Mentor and guide agents on sales techniques
- Drive daily sales through joint field calls
- Ensure quality documentation and customer onboarding
- Plan team activities and review performance regularly
- Maintain daily reports and share feedback
Requirements:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
- Team leadership and motivational skills
- Local area knowledge
- Good communication and reporting ability
