Job Description
An Assistant Sales Manager in the BFSI sector helps lead the sales team, meet targets, and grow business by selling financial products like loans, insurance, accounts, or investment plans.
What You Do:
- Support the Sales Manager in daily operations
- Help train and guide field sales executives or advisors
- Sell banking or insurance products directly to customers
- Track team performance and sales reports
- Visit clients and help close important deals
Skills Needed:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Knowledge of BFSI products
- Basic team handling or coordination experience
Qualifications:
- Graduate any field
- 2–5 years of experience in BFSI sales
- Field sales experience preferred
