Job Title: Territory Sales Executive – Faridabad
Location: Faridabad – Haryana
Job Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Territory Sales Executive to handle life insurance sales through local fieldwork. The role includes lead generation, client follow-up, and policy support. Local candidates are preferred due to better area reach and availability.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through local field visits
- Promote insurance products and explain their benefits
- Guide customers with documentation and queries
- Follow up on leads and ensure closures
- Attend regular team meetings and report progress
- Maintain healthy client relations for renewals
Requirements:
- Graduation required
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of sales processes
- Ability to manage time and field territory effectively
