Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with business partners
Drive insurance product sales through partner channels
Provide training, support, and motivation to partners
Ensure partner productivity and achieve sales targets
Maintain strong communication and coordination with internal teams
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or partner management (BFSI preferred)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
