Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and motivate a team of field sales executives
Develop and implement local sales strategies
Ensure achievement of individual and team targets
Conduct regular team training and performance reviews
Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (BFSI or relevant sectors preferred)
Proven experience in team handling or leadership
Graduation is mandatory
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
