Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Relationship Officer to manage and grow client relationships and offer suitable products and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer financial needs and provide appropriate banking, insurance, or investment solutions.
• Cross-sell and upsell products like insurance policies, etc.
• Follow up on leads and help generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
