About the Role: 
We are hiring Field Sales Executives for Durgapur’s industrial market. This is a field-based, on-roll role focused on building a strong sales network and driving regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to meet clients and prospects
Recruit and guide local advisors for lead generation
Manage daily sales activity and ensure regional target achievement
Deliver after-sales support and resolve queries
Maintain performance reports and client interaction logs

Who Can Apply: 
Graduate (any stream)
2+ years of field sales experience (BFSI/FMCG/Retail preferred)
Must be a local resident
Age: 22–40 years
