Area Sales Executive

Job Description

About the Position: 
We are hiring Area Sales Executives to expand our presence in Bankura. This is an on-roll field job where you will build your team and drive sales performance locally.

Core Responsibilities:
Appoint and manage sales advisors
Drive team performance through field coaching
Conduct local marketing & customer outreach
Guide advisors on sales closures and follow-ups
Manage regional targets and reporting

Profile Needed: 
Graduate (any stream)
1–3 years experience in field sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Must know Bankura’s market well
Age: 22–40

You’ll Receive: 
Fixed CTC up to ₹3.15 LPA
Incentives with no cap
