Job Role: 
We’re looking for a field-focused Regional Sales Representative in Ghatal to lead business acquisition, customer interaction, and advisor recruitment in North Bengal.

Your Responsibilities: 
Recruit & train local sales agents
Generate leads through field visits & advisor support
Manage customer relationships & renewals
Meet monthly sales goals & report metrics
Conduct training sessions on product strategy

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate (compulsory)
Minimum 1–2 years in any field sales
Must be local to Ghatal or surrounding areas
Strong local market connection

Package Includes: 
Fixed salary up to ₹3.15 LPA
