Job Description

We’re hiring an experienced Territory Sales Manager in Burdwan to drive local business development and lead a field team.

Job Functions: 
Build & manage sales advisors in the region
Create and implement sales strategy based on area needs
Conduct weekly field meetings and agent evaluations
Track business performance and meet targets

Candidate Profile: 
Graduate with minimum 2 years of team handling experience
Proven background in field sales (Insurance/FMCG/BFSI)
Local knowledge of Burdwan required
Age Limit: 22–40 years

Salary Package: 
Up to ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives
Permanent, on-roll job with benefits
