Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, field visits, and networking
Promote company products/services and close sales to meet monthly targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors
Achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare daily reports and update CRM tools

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably from BFSI/Insurance/Finance
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving targets
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
