Position: Field Sales Officer
Location: Kolhapur
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
Industry: BFSI / Financial Services / Insurance
Experience: 1 to 3 Years in Core Field Sales / Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through field visits, lead generation, and client meetings
Pitch and promote company products/services to prospective customers
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Track market trends and competitor activities
Submit regular reports on field activity and performance

Candidate Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (BFSI/Insurance preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales drive and customer-focused approach
Two-wheeler and driving license preferred
