Location: Tamluk, West Bengal
CTC: Up to ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives
Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:
We are hiring a Territory Sales Representative for Tamluk who can independently manage field sales, generate leads, and oversee a small team for area coverage.

Job Functions:

Generate and convert leads in the assigned region
Create awareness of products and handle customer queries
Recruit 2–3 local agents and train them
Monitor team progress and support sales efforts
Maintain documentation and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline
1–2 years of direct sales experience preferred
Age: 22 to 40
Should be from or near Tamluk
