Job Summary:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. The role involves understanding client needs, offering suitable products or services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Handle client queries, concerns, and service requests
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through relationship-based selling
• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer profiles
• Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
