Direct Sales Manager

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager to lead a team that sells our products directly to customers. You will manage sales agents, help them achieve targets, and grow business through direct customer contact.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of direct sales executives
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team
• Train and guide team members on product knowledge and sales skills
• Visit customers along with the team when needed
• Ensure the team meets sales and revenue goals
• Track team performance and share regular reports
• Handle customer queries or issues if escalated

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
