Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role involves understanding client needs, providing suitable solutions, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups promptly.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
