Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives. You will be responsible for setting team targets, tracking performance, and motivating the team to achieve business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support a team of sales executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Train new team members and improve sales techniques.
• Assist the team in closing deals and handling key clients.
• Report sales performance and market updates to senior management.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
