Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Manager to lead our sales growth efforts. You will manage the sales development team, generate new business opportunities, and help convert leads into customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales development team to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts.
  • Track and report on sales development metrics and team performance.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
